Located in Lancaster, SC, just 30 minutes from Charlotte, Edgewater Golf Club is a Fuzzy Zoeller Signature Community with a championship caliber golf course designed by Bruce Brodsky. This is Brodsky's first golf course design. Edgewater opened to the public on August 29, 2008.The course features A1/A4 Bent grass greens (similar to Augusta National's) and Bermuda fairways. Edgewater will play host to a number of professional and amateur events. Most notably are the Hooters Tour event in April, ESPN National Golf Challenge local qualifying in May, and the National Jr. Golf Tour event in May.
Matthew Bunch, Head Superintendant, does a wonderful job keeping Edgewater in perfect playing condition all year long.
