Beech Creek Golf Club The architect, Ron Goodson, carved out a series of great holes and beautiful vistas on the site of an old plantation when he created Beech Creek Golf Club in 1989. In general the first four holes weave their way through preserved wetlands, while the next several have some surprising elevation changes that will give you views of the surrounding countryside. Holes 10-14 are more out in the open near housing areas, and 15-18 will take you back into the wetlands.The closing stretch of holes rates among the best in the Sumter, South Carolina, area.
