Rocky River Golf Club, designed by Dan Maples, nationally known for creating some of the Carolina's top courses, the par-72, 6,970-yard, is one of the premier public courses in the Charlotte metropolitan area. The course condition is excellent, making Rocky River Golf Club at Concord one of the finest facilities in the Carolinas.  Consistently on the NC Top 100 rankings, it is one of the only public access courses to be ranked so high. 

Rocky River is a very challenging golf course that utilizes many of the existing features of the area to provide a natural and very aesthetically appealing track. The routing flows through the existing contours of the land effortlessly, creating a continuous succession of great holes. Beautiful rock outcroppings and various species of native wetland grasses are featured along the edges of gently rolling fairways adding a touch of ruggedness and mystique.

Rocky River appeals to all skill levels of golfer from beginners to scratch. There are four sets of tees, from 4800 to 7000 yards, allowing play to encompass a full range of opportunities for all players. The expected pace of play clocks in right at 4 hours 30 minutes, with starting times scheduled on 10 minute intervals. Below you will find the U.S.G.A.
